If the convention is already present in THE convention list, click on the entry there and reply directly underneath that convention’s individual page. Ignore everything else in this post: just reply with what information needs to be updated/changed instead of the full form. Do not post in the forums about a change request if there is already an entry in THE list. If its forum entry is closed, this is a very good indication that there is already an entry in THE list.
If the convention is not yet entered as part of THE list, AND is also not yet entered in the forums as a topic, click here for the proper way to add it to the forums.
If you find a convention topic that contains incorrect or incomplete information that is not already added to THE list, then do the following:
1) Go the the convention topic in this forum.
2) Find the most recent reply that has the full form posted–it will be obvious if there is one. If there isn’t a reply like this, then just use the original post for the next step.
3) Copy the FULL post (from “Convention Name” all the way down to “Other Important Info”), paste it into a reply, and make your changes.
4) Important: At the main bottom of your post, tell what you changed and include a link to your information source.
5) Post it all as a reply to the topic.
